Abstract
For fruitful teaching and learning process, physical classroom environment is very essential. The key purpose of the study was examining relationship between classroom physical environment and students’ academic achievement at Secondary Level in Southern KP. The study was descriptive in nature. The population of the study comprised of the five districts in Southern KP in which (n = 400) respondents were taken as sample of the study by applying stratified random sampling technique in which 200 were urban (100 male students and 100 female students). Similarly, 200 were rural students (100 male and 100 female). From each selected district, 05 urban and 05 rural male schools and similarly 05 urban and 05 rural female schools were randomly selected among these 05 districts. Data were collected from 20 schools. A self-developed questionnaire was used to find views of the students about their physical class room environment. Cronbach Alpha was applied. The collected data was entered into SPSS. Results and conclusions were drawn according to the nature of study. Thus, some recommendations were suggested at the end for the further improvement and future researcher.
