TVET Strategic Plan 2018-2022

A Strategic Plan that is aligned to both the dynamic operating environment and the strategic priorities of the Government as outlined in the Kenya Vision 2030, the Constitution of Kenya 2010, and other relevant regional and international policy documents serves as a guide for the organization. I am, therefore, pleased to participate in unveiling of TVETA’s 2018-2022 Strategic Plan which provides a clear road map for the achievement of competitive human capital. The development of this Strategic Plan was based on a review of the Authority’s performance and experiences since its inception, and is a culmination of an extensive consultative process among the Authority’s staff, board of directors and key stakeholders in the country. Our vision and mission are geared towards realizing our mandate by clearly identifying strategic objectives to pursue that conform to our core values. We are aware that this can only be achieved if we continuously align with the dynamism of our operating environment with a view to facilitating fair and competitive practices, while catalyzing the ever-evolving creativity and innovation of the Kenyan public
