Organizational culture and creativity in entrepreneurship education: A study of secondary education in Nigeria
Abstract
© Medwell Journals, 2016. This study was based on an ethnographic research of the culture of entrepreneurship teaching in 2nd Evangelical Church in West Africa (ECWA) Secondary School. Data was collated through the instrument of in depth interview and was analyzed through content analysis. The findings showed that there is positive relationship between organizational culture and creativity in entrepreneurship education. This is an indication that organizational culture impacts heavily on creativity in entrepreneurship teaching. The study concluded with the sections of recommendations for policy implications.
